MM Top Ranking is a ranking system of specified items (may be persons, scripts, companies, etc.). There are two basic lists included in the system, one where the items are included by admin only, and the other where the registered members can suggest new items to be ranked. The rank is based on votes. The length of time between two votes from the same IP is set during the installation. There is the possibility, for registered members, to add comments for any item. Both the suggested items and comments are moderated by admin. Pages optimized for search engines. Some other features and options included.

PHP, which stands for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor" is a widely-used Open Source general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML. Its syntax draws upon C, Java, and Perl, and is easy to learn. The main goal of the language is to allow web developers to write dynamically generated webpages quickly, but you can do much more with PHP.

This manual consists primarily of a function reference, but also contains a language reference, explanations of some of PHP's major features, and other supplemental information.
